Terms and Conditions

Prices for services and offers do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) (for residents according to the tax system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), and the customer will be required to pay it upon arrival if it is applicable according to the tax system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Offers do not include the doctor's consultation fee, which must be paid upon arrival.

For laser services, the first visit requires a doctor's consultation for the first time.

Therapeutic services require a consultation with a specialist/consultant.

The dermatological consultation fee for laser specialists is 50 SAR.

The dermatological consultation fee for specialists is 150 SAR.

The dermatological consultation fee for consultants is 250 SAR.

Installment Payment Customers:


The invoice amount may be divided into unequal installments based on the customer's credit history and credit assessment. You can contact Tamara/Tappy customer service for more information.


The customer must use the mobile number registered in Absher to complete the purchase process by installment.


The customer must settle all outstanding payments.


Customers aged 18 or older are eligible for installment services.


Products purchased using installment payment companies cannot be refunded in cash; refunds are processed through the installment payment companies themselves.


Dr Layla Al-Onaizi Polyclinic. will not be responsible for any obligations or claims of any kind that the customer may encounter related to their account or payment in installment payment applications. For technical issues with installment payment applications or websites, please contact the customer service team of the installment payment companies.


Payment for services rendered must be made in Saudi currency, and the buyer bears the cost of converting from other currencies to Saudi currency.


In case the customer pays electronically through the website and the service is not suitable for their condition, the amount will be transferred to the desired service after diagnosis by the doctor. If they require other treatments, they will be calculated separately, and payment must be made in cash to Dr Layla Al-Onaizi Polyclinic. clinics.


Electronic payment appointments will be scheduled 24 hours after the customer's order confirmation at minimum, and the customer must communicate through official numbers or via WhatsApp or the official booking program for Dr Layla Al-Onaizi Polyclinic. clinics. The customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm or reschedule the appointment based on availability.


Promotional codes are applied after selecting the payment method via Mada or Visa card and do not apply to payment methods at the clinic.


The customer is not entitled to claim additional discounts if they do not enter the promotional code during the payment process.


The customer must adhere to the medical practitioner's instructions responsible for their condition and their required regular visits to safeguard their rights. Failure to comply constitutes neglect, and negligence will be determined by an internal medical committee.


The customer is responsible for all liabilities and damages resulting from their failure to adhere to appointment schedules during the treatment period, which constitutes negligence on their part.


Medical services cannot be provided via phone or any other means to avoid medical errors and protect the client's interests.


Reporting of laboratory test or radiological results over the phone is prohibited to maintain the quality of medical service (except in emergency cases).


If the client does not adhere to the treatment plan and the treating physician's instructions and refuses the instructions provided by them, the physician has the right to refrain from completing the treatment, pending the medical committee's approval of their request.


The client has the right to know the type and name of the substance used in the therapeutic or cosmetic procedure.


The final price for the client is determined at the beginning of the treatment, and they are not entitled to request a reduction in the service if a new marketing offer coincides during the treatment period.


The client cannot claim a touch-up session after 12 days from the session date, even if they have paid for it. The touch-up session must be scheduled on days 10-11-12 after the laser session date, and the client is not entitled to a refund or compensation for the paid touch-up session after 12 days, as it is due to the patient's negligence and delay beyond the specified period.


The client cannot combine a marketing offer with any other discounts received from contracted companies.


For clinic reservations by clients:

The client must arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment. If they are late, they will have to wait for at least 2 other patients to enter, or as per the doctor's coordination.


Entry to the clinic is to avoid appointment cancellation, and in the event that a client is late for their appointment and there is no time to perform their service, they must reschedule to preserve their right and the rights of other clients to receive the service on time.


If the client does not attend their appointment and does not call in advance to cancel or reschedule it, they are not entitled to a refund because they are responsible for the cancellation.


Installment Payment Customers:


Tamara company allows up to 4 installments now and the remainder over 60 days (minimum limit 99 and maximum limit 5000 SAR).


Tappy company allows up to 4 installments now and the remainder over 90 days (minimum limit 99 and maximum limit 5000 SAR).
